Cervical cancer is the only one cancer that you have to know about the symptoms and you can prevent this disease with vaccine. Vaccine Quadrivalent is the one of HPV vaccine that is used in 84 country. This vaccine give protection from infection of cervical cancer. Some countries in the world give HPV vaccine to the young girl from the age 12th.



Vaccine is given with three times injection. The distance between first injection and second injection is two months, the third injection will be done on the sixth month. Vaccine for adolescent or young girl is very important because at this age, the uterus mouth in a ripe process. In Indonesian the price of HPV vaccine is Rp. 900.000 until Rp. 1000.000 for one injection. But, this vaccine just for preventing cervical cancer.

The prevention cervical cancer

1. Dont smoking because ciggarete contains much carcinogenic substances, this substance is the cause of all kind of cancer

2. Dont wash vagina with antiseptic medicine without doctor prescription. It can make iritation and too much iritation can change cells to cancer.

3. Dont often to eat fat food and do diet low fat.

4. Cervical cancer is easy to attact body that less beta karoten, folat acid, vitamin A and C. Carrot contains Beta karoten and vitamin A. Seafood contains folat acid and all fruits that have orange color are contains vitamin C

5. In adolescent, all of mukosa cells in cervical hasn't matured yet. The chemist substance from sperm can disturb balances mukosa cells and can change mukosa cells to cancer cells.

6. Prevent and protect with vaccine before late.
