The Healty Benefits Of Spinach

Spinach is the best vegetables for people to consume. Spinach has more nutrient
than other vegetables and meat. Some benefit of spinach are:
1. Spinach contains more Fe substance than other vegetables and Fe substance are useful to prevent anemia
2. Spinach contains lutelin.

Lutelin in spinach are useful for :
1. Prevent decreasing eyesight because aging
2. Prevent cataract
3. Prevent intestines cancer
4. New research about lutelin tell that it can protect body from sunshines, prevent dehydration, prevent coarse skin, and can delay appearing of wrinkle.

Spinach is sources of calcium, potasium, omega 3 fat, vitamin A, B2, B6, C and K. They are very important for our bones. One cup of spinach only contain 41 calorie and no fat. We can consume spinach by boil it, mix it with sandwich, pasta, soup and salad. In Indonesia we can eat chip of spinach, it's delicious...
