Salmon The Healthy Fish

Salmon is super food because salmon fish eating small fishes and small fishes eating seaweed.


Seaweed are useful for increasing production of omega 3 fat. Omega 3 fat are useful for :
1. prevent blood aglomeration
2. decrease blood pressure
3. decrease degree of cholesterol
4. protect brain cell from aging disease.
5. increase serotonin. Serotonin is chemie element in the brain that can make people
feeling good and happy.

Beside that, Salmon has rich protein and antioksidan co enzhyme Q-10, it's useful for :
1. prevent heart disease
2. prevent depression
3. prevent memory loss
4. maximalize brain work and sight for baby and kids.

In Indonesia country, people rare to consume salmon, but the people in foreign country have been consuming salmon as salmon steak, baked or roasted salmon. Salmon is familiar in japan, because salmon is used for making sushi.
