The benefits of Anthocyanin are :
1. it can increase brainpower
2. it can stimulate brain work
3. it can increase memory capacity
4. it can increase motoric ability


Now, Blueberry can decrease the descent memory that caused from Alzheimer disease. Beside that blueberry contains anti-infection substance. If people free from infection, it can make circulation of blood very good, energy and mood will stable, prevent strengthening of artery wall, and will decrease the heart disease risk.
