Did You Know??

Snacking can increase body metabolism and reduce high desire to eat. But you must pay attention for your snack that you consume. You should choose healthy food for snacking and maintain total calorie not more than 200 in one day.Some of Healthy Snacks are:


1. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is super healthy snack because almost doesn't have negative contains. Consuming oatmeal can decrease the degreee of cholesterol in blood and decrease risk of heart disease. Beside that, oatmeal is very good to low fat diet and many athletes consume it.


2. Cereal

Cereal has high vitamin and mineral, but we should pay attention to the degree of sugar in cereal and choose low sugar cereal.


3. Almond

Almond rich of protein and vitamin E that very useful for body. But almond contain high calories, so don't consume too much almond, and you should eat unsalted almond, it's better than salted almond.


4. Sunflower seed (Kwaci)

Sun flower seed has high protein, vitamin E, B, mineral, and phytosterols that can decrease cholesterol

5. Baked Potato Chips

The safe way to consume potato chips is by baking the potato on the oven.


6. Crackers

Crackers that contain vegetables or fruit are good for people.


7. Jelly / Low Fat Pudding

low fat Jelly and pudding is good for snacking. Jelly and pudding contain low fat and synthetic sugar.

8. Non Fat Yogurt

Original yogurt is very sour. Many products of yogurt have been added much sugar. So you should choose non fat yogurt that contain synthetic sugar.

9. Fruit bar

Fruit bar contain organic fruits that has been dried. Fruit bar rich of fiber and vitamin. Mix fruit bar with soybean is very good for health.
